Application Fee covers the cost of the Background Check

The deposit is due on the day the lease is signed and does not apply towards your annual lot rent. In the event of termination, the deposit will be refunded as long as the following apply to the tenant

• Tenant is leaving of their own accord and not due to lease violations.
• Tenant is not terminating early on their one-year lease. 
• Tenant has no payments due on the account. 

 Annual lot rent can vary throughout the campground depending on the size and location of the campsite – Annual lot rent can be paid in four options with our payment plans :

• Annual
• Semi-Annual
• Quarterly
• Monthly                        

 Utilities are billed on a monthly basis
