Campsite Application + Rules & Regulations

If you are interested in leasing a campsite with Southern Point Campground, please click the download buttons below to download our application, Rules & Regulations & the Fair Credit Reporting Act disclosure. Once you have completed the application and read, signed and initialed ALL REQUIRED locations of our Rules & Regulations we will need you to return the completed forms to us along with the following:

1. Valid drivers license or ID card for each applicant
2. Copy of title or registration to RV/Camper/Park Model
3. Signed and completed application & Rules & Regulations form
4. $75.00 Application Fee for each applicant to cover our cost to process the application as well as obtain background reports  & criminal records for each applicant  
5. Proof of insurance (this will be required if applicant(s) are approved & before sublease agreement is completed)
6. If applicable : Proof from Vet that all pets are up-to-date on vaccinations

NOTE:

-Married applicants must both be listed on lease therefor, both spouses must complete application. 

-If camper/rv/park model is titled in more than one name, all who have ownership interest in the property will be required to sign acknowledgement even if they do no intend to occupy the property

**NOTE:  WE REQUIRE THAT YOUR RV/CAMPER IS LESS THAN 10 YEARS OLD.  IF YOUR RV IS 10 YEARS OLD OR OLDER, YOU MUST SUBMIT DETAILED PHOTOS AND OBTAIN A WRITTEN LETTER OF APPROVAL FROM MORGAN JOHNSON, CAMPGROUND MANAGER.
